SUBDRIVE IS ONE YEAR OLD!!

Since Subdrive debuted last year on February 8th, 2005 as a two hour radio show and one of the first electronic music podcasts...lots has happened. Podcasting has gone mainstream, the quality of the show has skyrocketed, programming for the podcast has never been better, and now I am truly proud to announce that the Subdrive podcast has over 130 subscribers!

Thanks to everyone who has supported the show since the beginning and everyone who has signed up to listen and tuned in to the live radio show!

To celebrate Subdrive's 1-year anniversary show I will debut the new series Subdrive LIVE. This new series, available only on the podcast, are live recordings of the best local DJs playing at Cubik @ Nation in Washington, DC. This week is a double premiere with another live set from DJ Melo from January 13th when he opened for DJ Irene and a tag-team set from the Silent Valley Boys recorded this past weekend, February 3rd.

New this week is also the new Selektor pick: GEIN. Killer hard as hell drum 'n bass mix that you've gotta hear by one of the most talented up + coming DJ/production team!

Don't forget that Subdrive Radio is moving to its new time slot, 11pm EST every Thursday night!!! Of course you'll hear all the best music you've come to expect, including special upcoming events such an exclusive interview with drum 'n bass/punk/metal band DESTINATION ZERO from the Netherlands on February 16th.
