Reactable
This is pretty freaking cool. It's basically a synthesizer/sampler table that generates sound through interaction with various types of cubes. Each cube has a different sample or synth, and you can manipulate the sounds by adding cubes that sidechain everything together. The farther you pull the cube away from the source cube, the more the sound is manipulated. Björk recently used one of these things at her recent Coachella performance.
