Daft Punk Pops Their TV Cherry

The one night I'm not watching TV I miss Daft Punk's television debut, and no less in HD! A few nights ago, the robotic duo did a surprise performance with Kanye West at the 2008 Grammys of their massive 'collab' Stronger. Kanye was rocking his outfit from the Stronger video, complete with glowing glasses. Behind him, of course, was Daft Punk and the now famous pyramid from their Alive 2007 tour.
Lots of folks have been wondering what the hell Daft Punk was using to perform (or if those things were just for eye-candy). Well, I just found out through Urb that the guys were rocking four sets of JazzMutant Lemur controller pads. These things are freaking next-gen high tech, and apparently you can customize the interface to anything you want. Daft Punk aren't the only ones to use them either. Bjork, Richie Hawtin, and Kraftwerk are among the many who rock out on the touch-screen controllers.
So there you have it, Daft Punk was performing, and they had pretty controllers too!
